We’re glad you stopped by the Coptic Orphans blog!
We’re an international Christian development organization headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C. Our team of over 65 trained professionals works from there and from offices in Egypt, Australia, and Canada.
Our mission is mission is to unlock the God-given potential of the most vulnerable children in Egypt through the power of education. To do that, beyond our staff, we rely on a network of over 450 specially trained Church-based volunteers in Egypt, as well as partnerships with local organizations.
Since it was founded in 1988, Coptic Orphans has helped transform the lives of over 45,000 children in Egypt.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and support for the children!
